Interview with Krzysztof Radziuk, the owner of the Rad-Pol company.

Karolina Wirowska: What is the hearth of your company?
Krzysztof Radziuk: Employees are the heart of my company. I owe their success to their commitment, knowledge, willingness to improve, and love of their work. Together, we respond to the challenges of the future – with curiosity, courage, and support. The beginnings date back to 1986, when I dealt with upholstery services, recreating the original quality and beauty of upholstered furniture. Over time and the increase in staff, we have expanded our activities to the production and import of stylish furniture from Italy and Poland. The products we offer under the Rad-Pol brand are good design, unrivaled quality, flawless finish, but also uniqueness and innovation. My passion for fabrics was also born out of a passion for furniture. We have been following trends in this industry with great respect for over 20 years to be able to offer our clients the best decorative and upholstery fabrics. Italy is our source of inspiration.

Karolina Wirowska: What goals do you set for yourself and what can be your advantage in your loved ones hard times?

Krzysztof Radziuk: Our main objective at present is to increase online sales. Customers are increasingly willing to order stylish furniture online. Only a few years ago, the virtual purchase of stylish furniture was distrustful. However, the situation has changed dramatically in recent years. Customers see the benefits of online shopping. Thanks to them they can save a lot of time. They don’t have to move to many furniture stores or shopping centers in search of the coveted sofa or chest of drawers. By choosing online shopping, customers are able to quickly and easily view a selected piece of furniture and read detailed information about it. We are very active in social media, where we keep our clients informed about our offers, news, and events

Karolina Wirowska: What development plans does the company have in terms of gaining new markets?

Krzysztof Radziuk: For several years we have been taking part in foreign fairs as an exhibitor. Our projects don’t differ completely from foreign trends. This is where we can confront our proposals with global brands, as well as gain new contacts for cooperation. We are also present in the local market as an exhibitor at the most important industry fairs and conferences for architects. In this way, we maintain relationships with regular customers and acquire new customers. We present the latest collections of furniture, fabrics, and porcelain. We are constantly expanding our offer so that it is attractive and satisfying to our customers. We value cooperation with interior designers and try to develop them.

Karolina Wirowska: Which customers were the biggest challenge for you?

Krzysztof Radziuk: Every customer is very important to us. It is a treasure for us and the development of our company.
Providing high-quality services requires responsibility and commitment. Satisfaction and contentment with our products and services is our company’s priority, which is why we are available to all our clients at every stage of cooperation, providing them with professional support and the flexibility of services. A big challenge, but also a great satisfaction, is the implementation of projects for individual orders, comprehensive furnishing of hotels, restaurants, as well as cooperation with ambassadors, politicians, foreign diplomats, or people from the headlines.

Karolina Wirowska: What trends do you like more in the furniture industry? (I am asking for examples and
where does this crush come from, what associations)?

Krzysztof Radziuk: I like the most classic and stylish furniture, in my opinion, they will never go out of fashion. Thanks to their timeless design, they can beautify any interior, from the living room through the bedroom,
office, and hallway. They allow you to create unusual styles, they are elegant and full of character.
They attract attention and stay in the memory for a long time. Classic style furniture is very comfortable, their high quality of workmanship will delight many generations for many decades. I am inspired by Italian artists. Their proposals are original and at the same time modern. What makes them different is their only, uniqueness and extraordinary luxury. What appears in Polish furniture showrooms and interior design showrooms is largely taken from inspiration from foreign designers who have been setting trends around the world for a long time. Polish customers particularly appreciate the Italian style, colors and materials used to make furniture. Current trends indicate that furniture in our interiors should be personal, intriguing, and reflecting the personality of the household member. Home is an asylum, it is a personal space, a place where we feel safe. The interior and related furniture are elements that tell a unique and individual story about ourselves.
